3x360 Sports to Help Bring Hoop It Up 3x3 to Thrive City

SAN FRANCISCO (August 2023) – The iconic Hoop It Up 3x3 Basketball Tournament is set to take place on September 2 at Thrive City, the plaza surrounding Chase Center in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood.

Established in 1989 and owned by NBA legend Kevin Garnett, Hoop It Up brings its popular 3x3 basketball tour to Thrive City, offering divisions for all ages and skill levels. Participants range from ages eight to 18+ in recreational divisions, as well as adult divisions including Pro-Am. Each team can have up to five players, with three on the court and two optional substitutes. Every team is guaranteed at least four games, with the first team to reach 21 points winning each game.

The registration fee is $450, which includes five $50 vouchers redeemable for Golden State Warriors preseason or regular season game tickets. Additionally, the Men's Pro-Am Division winner will have the chance to try out with the Santa Cruz Warriors, the G-League affiliate of the Golden State Warriors, and receive a $1000 travel voucher to attend the Hoop It Up National Championship.
